Quality Assurance
Receiving Inspection of purchased products:-
- Chemical & Physical testing of each raw material as per standard of purchased bar stock, Forging & Casting.
- Dimensional inspection of purchased bar stock, Forging & Casting.
In Process-Inspection:-
- Set up approval of manufacturing process as per drawing.
- In-process inspection reports as per defined control plan with reference to prepared drawing on hourly basis.
- Control charts for CTQ parameters.
- Separate identification & traceability of non-conforming products at in-process stage.
Final Inspection:-
- 100% Visual inspection of each lot produced as per defined plan with reference to visual defects like operation missing, Rust, Damages, Chip mark, Tool mark, Blow holes, Raw material defect.
- 100% Dimensional inspection of all CTQ as well as critical fitment parameters.
- Separate identification and traceability of non-conforming products at final stage inspection.
Pre-Dispatch Inspection:-
- Pre-Dispatch inspection before deliver the products to the customer as per their requirements along with inspection reports.
- Provide engraving as per customer requirements on machined components to trace the part at any stages.
